Local records by default
Invoices, customers, projects, attachments and accounting records are stored in your local OpsNest data folder. You decide where local backups are stored.
Optional team synchronization
Business and Pro can use secure central team accounts. When a company enables this feature, selected workspace changes are synchronized so invited members can work with the same company workspace. The owner controls members and permissions.
Registration and billing
For registration and subscription status, OpsNest Cloud processes the company name, business e-mail, workspace identifier, country, selected package and the minimum PayPal subscription identifiers needed to confirm access. PayPal processes payment credentials. OpsNest does not receive or store card details.
Support diagnostics
The optional diagnostic contains only the app version, operating system, license state and the note you write. It never includes invoices, PDF files, attachments, customer records, passwords, PINs or payment data.
