Cancel anytime. Keep your local records.

You remain in control of monthly billing and the data already stored on your Windows computer.

How to cancel

  1. Open Plans and billing from the top bar in OpsNest.
  2. Select Cancel in PayPal to open the PayPal automatic payments page.
  3. Cancel the current subscription in PayPal. This stops future renewal charges.

What happens next

Your paid access stays active until the end of the already paid period. When that period ends, the app switches to read-only mode. Printing, PDF/Excel export and backups remain available so that you keep access to your existing records.

Your documents remain local

Cancellation does not delete invoices, project files or local backups from your computer. Keep your own backups and export documents you need for accounting or legal retention.
